Fall Scents

I think we can all agree that having a seasonal candle lit just completes the cozy feel of fall in the home.  Now that the weather is cooling down, and we finally have our fall/halloween decorations out, there's almost nothing that makes us happier than coming home and lighting our favorite candle scent.

Our cute friend Dayna from The Gilded Wick sells some of the most delicious smelling candles on her Etsy shop. She recently sent us three of her amazing candles, and we all agreed that our favorite scent was her Vanilla Pumpkin (the three of us were honestly fighting over who got to keep that one - it smelled so good we wanted to eat it! haha). The Gilded Wick has a line that uses only pure essential oils which is great for aromatherapy and the coconut soy wax, when melted, can be rubbed into your hands for an amazing moisturizer! To give you a little bit more info, here's what makes these candles so amazing:

- They are HAND poured with love in Southern California

- Scented with high quality Phthalate-free fragrance oils and the REFINED line is scented with high quality 100% essential oils.

- Eco-friendly, organic coconut soy wax.

- All natural, wooden wicks made with American wood.

- All product and packaging is grown and made in the U.S.A. and the essential oils are sourced from around the world.

Here are some yummy fall flavors from her pure essential oils line:

Sweet Orange

& Cinnamon

Sweet, citrusy, and spicy

Her other 4 holiday scents are not made with essential oils but include Frankincense and Myrrh:

Laurel Cranberry

Vanilla Pumpkin

(our fav!)

Frasier Fir.

WHAT IS COCONUT SOY WAX?

Coconut Soy wax is a blend of all natural organic coconut wax, soy wax, and other natural vegetable waxes. This wax burns cooler than other natural waxes, lending to longer burn times and a greater scent throw.

IS THE WAX WASHABLE?

Coconut soy wax is extremely easy to clean up using hot, soapy water if there is ever a spill. When you are finished using your candle you can reuse the glass for cocktails or whatever you may like! The wick should easily pop off of the bottom of the glass and the wax can be washed right down the sink!

These candles would make such cute Christmas gifts, or use the smaller candles in tin containers for stocking stuffers (yes, we are already thinking ahead to Christmas ;))
